The story behind
Honey Bear Bakes.

I'm a home baker and dog mama with a love for baking. I turned my passion for homemade goodies into something sweet to share with my community.

I named Honey Bear Bakes after my two dogs, Honey and Bear—a little reminder of home. I bring a cozy, home-baked feeling to neighbors in Naples and nearby Southwest Florida.

Ordering &
caring for your bakes.

A few helpful answers, before and after your order.

Ask me something else
How far ahead should I order my bakes?

Place standard menu orders at least four calendar days ahead. Square shows available dates when ordering is open. For a large or custom order, share your preferred date in the request form and I’ll confirm what is possible.

Can I choose pickup or local delivery?

Yes. Pickup and local delivery are available for both standard and custom orders. Order menu items through Square; use the request form for larger quantities, custom bakes or something outside the menu. See pickup and delivery details.

Which areas do you deliver to, and what does delivery cost?

I offer local delivery in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers. Delivery requires a $20 order minimum, with a city-based fee. View the delivery fee table.

How do I request a large, custom or off-menu order?

Send your bakes, quantities, occasion details and preferred date through the custom-order form. I’ll contact you to discuss availability and pickup or delivery, then arrange the agreed order and payment through Square.

Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?

All orders are final once placed and paid. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited. Sending the custom-order form is an inquiry; it does not place a paid order.

How many cookies or cinnamon rolls come in a box?

Each cookie box contains six cookies. Both regular and Biscoff cinnamon rolls come in boxes of four. Apple cider doughnuts come in boxes of six; breads and focaccia are sold by the loaf.

How should I store sourdough bread and focaccia?

For plain sourdough, cover the cut surface and keep it wrapped at room temperature for short-term storage. Freeze portions in airtight packaging for longer storage. For focaccia, cheddar jalapeño or gluten-free bread, ask me for care guidance suited to your order.

Can I freeze the bread, cookies or cinnamon rolls?

Bread can be frozen whole or sliced once cooled, in airtight freezer-safe packaging. Slices let you thaw only what you need. For cookies and cinnamon rolls, contact me for guidance that fits the flavor and topping you choose.

How should I warm cinnamon rolls or refresh a loaf?

Remove packaging before warming. Bread slices can be warmed in a toaster or toaster oven. For cinnamon rolls, email me for reheating guidance for your selected flavor and topping.

How do I activate the dehydrated sourdough starter?

The 15 g packet contains dehydrated starter made with organic all-purpose flour and filtered water. It needs rehydrating and regular flour-and-water feedings before baking. Email me for activation quantities and a feeding schedule.
